The Right Stuff & Paris, Texas

By 1984, Sam Shepard became a household name with Academy Award nomination for his role as Chuck Yeager in The Right Stuff. He also wrote the screenplay for Paris, Texas, the major prize-winner at the Cannes Film Festival that year. On display are Shepard's post-production rewrites for director Wim Winders.
