Tesoros: Treasures of Mexican Photography

Tesoros Gallery installation

Bill and Sally Wittliff established the Southwestern & Mexican Photography Collection in 1996. It is a stunning collection of more than 30,000 documentary images revealing the people, customs and culture of Mexico.  

These photographic treasures inspired the name of the new Tesoros gallery.

 

This inaugural exhibition was curated by student interns, Deandra Lee, ‘24 BFA Photography and Blanca Luna Nuñez, ‘24 BFA All Level Art + Teacher Certification.
